NOT PROVIDED
Design &
Layout Services is not licensed as architects or
mechanical engineers. The plans, elevations and
specifications provided by Design & Layout Services
are not intended to replace architectural or
engineering plans that may be required by the local
building department.
The client’s
general contractor or architect is responsible for
local code compliance, plan submittal, building
permit application and fees. The owner should check
with their contractor and local building department
to determine what plans and documentation is
required to secure a building permit.
For this reason, the following items are not
included:

rough-in spec books, (1ea) quotation on the
cabinetry and equipment. Prices are subject to
change without notification.
