What We Do:

● Drains and utilities will be dimensioned from new walls for easy confirmation
● The plan specifies the voltage, amps and filtration requirements for the equipment
● At the barista station we detail the floor drain, water lines and electrical needs
● Restroom and water heater drains are shown and will be located by the contractor
● The plan is critical for placing utilities prior to pouring the floor in new construction
